Sign Board for Racing Team

This is a custom sign board for Jim Dunn Racing Team.  The deck is a high resolution digital image on sublimated fabric.  This fabric really holds the color well.  It needs to be trimmed just like a regular fabric inlay.  The rails are a black gloss.

Keegan Edwards SUP

This is Keegan Edwards Stand Up Paddle contest board.  This is 7’10 x 29 x 4 1/4 hand shaped from 1.7lb EPS and laminated in epoxy.  The color is free hand foam stain by Otis.  Keegan Edwards will begin competting in SUP contests in 2013.

Brewer Nose Rider

This is an unusual shape for Dick Brewer.  This is a custom nose rider but it is shorter than usual.  This board was hand shaped to 9’0 x 23 x 3 1/8.  It has a yellow tint lamination and blue resin pin line with a gloss polish finish.

Stripe Lamination

This is a stripe lamination on a custom Mitsu Akule Model.  These laminations cost more than a standard color lamination but the look is head turning.

Casey Cedar Gun

This is a 11′ gun, hand shaped by Mike Casey from a 400lb piece of Chinese Cedar.  The stringers are Bass Wood.  At this stage the board weighs 125lbs.

Casey Chinese Cedar Gun

This is another view of the hand shaped Mike Casey 11’0 Gun.  This started as a 400lb piece of Chinese Cedar.  He rough shaped the board outside down to 180lbs.  Mike then moved it inside and added stringers.  At this stage the board is down to 125lbs.
