Go to the “Custom Boards” page. At the bottom of that page is a quote request form. Fill in the form fields and add comments in the “Special Instructions” box. A quote will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours and it is good for 60 days.
Most custom orders take between three to eight weeks until delivery. Each shaper has a different wait time and some shapers may be out of town at the time of your order. This information will come to you via e-mail in your complete quote for a custom surfboard.
After we receive deposit the order is given to the shaper. If requested they will contact you right before they shape the board to go over the order.

Our shippers have extensive experience in shipping surfboards and damaged surfboards are extremely rare. We still recommend that you open your surfboard box while you are at the shippers. Report any damage to the shippers and notify us immediately at peter@hawaiisurffactory.com or call 808-542-0589.
All of our stock surfboards are one of a kind. There are no production pop-outs available. You can, however, place a custom order for the stock surfboard that you saw earlier.
Prices online for surfboards and accessories include shipping within the United States. The store prices are less because shipping is not included. The prices for stand up paddle boards are the same.
